Where can I find what? How are the halls organized? What are the highlights of the day? And what will the extensive supporting program offer at this year's photokina? A visit to the trade fair needs good preparation — as without it you can quickly find yourself lost and aimlessly walking through the exhibition missing many interesting events. 

The photokina Information Center offers the same service live. Situated at the Entrance South, the Information Center gives a current overview of the whole trade fair every 15 minutes, starting on the hour. You are informed in German and in English about the highlights of photokina 2008, and you can also find information about the organization of the halls and take a journey of discovery into the extensive supporting program of photokina.

Additionally, you can use PC terminals that offer the following information:

• Database of the innovations offered by photokina exhibitors
• Exhibitor search with selection options
• Supporting program/events of photokina
• The official photokina website

 A total of four different visitor tours of the different photography exhibitions start at the Information Center at 11a.m., 1p.m., and 3p.m. (further information is available at Guided tours for visitors).
